Section 26
Priority in Case Matters

(1) If a person working in the Nepali Army is a party to a case filed in a base court and has been present with the approval of leave for that purpose from the officer who approved his leave, he shall submit an application by attaching the letter of approval of leave and the details of the case to dispose of the case within the period of leave. If given, the relevant station court should also dispose of such cases within the vacation period and keep them in order of priority.
(2) No fee shall be charged for the application made under sub-section (1). (3) If it is not possible to settle the case within the vacation period, the Adda Court should inform about the matter.
(4) If there is a question about the authority to approve the leave, the decision of Pritnapati or Vahinipati or similar authority will be final.
